SKIN TREATMENTS
1-
Mix one egg yolk with half a tea spoon of honey. Use the mixture as a cleansing and moisturising mask, over your face and your neck for at
least 30 mn. Rince with water.
Use the same quantities for hands, feet, and any dry part of your body.
HAIR TREATMENTS
1-
The best way to detangle your hair is to moisturise it with castor oil.
2-
Mix 1 table spoon of olive oil with an egg yolk, and add 100ml of rice water or pasta water (when the pastas or the rice are boiling, put part of the water aside).
Use the mixture as after shampoo for at least one hour, then rinse.
Your hair becomes soft and shiny.
INHALATIONS
1- Banana leaf
Put a little piece of banana leaf in the boiling water you plan to use for your inhalation.
Drinks

FRUITS JUICES
1-
What a refreshing glass of pineapple juice !
Do not get rid of the skin : make instead a decoction, by
putting the skin to the boil with enough water for 5mn.
Let it cool down.
Drink at least 3 glasses of decoction per day. It is diuretic and cleans your body. Keep the decoction in the fridge.
2-
To detoxify your body and help your immune system : make a decoction with
500ml of water and 2 bay leaves. Add the juice of 1 lemon or 1 lime.
Drink one glass of this decoction 1 hour before meal for at least 2 weeks.
3- Lemons
After using the juice of lemons, put the skin of 3 lemons to the boil 5 mn with a few mint leaves. Let the cool down.
Strain, add sugar or Honey and enjoy.
4- THE UNAVOIDABLE BANANA LEAF
Refreshing drink
Put a piece of banana leaf (20 cm2) into
3 litre of water an boil for 10 mn. Let cool.
Add the juice of one lime. Add sugar or honey, as well as vanilla or muscade... all according to your taste.
You can also mix the banana leaf and add to your smoothies.
VEGETABLE JUICES

Beetroot juice is a good source of potassium, and the
nitrates it contains help to lower blood pressure by widening the vessels.
Raw fruits and vegetables

1-
Eat raw vegetables as much as you can. Enjoy their natural taste, which is often lost with cooking.
You can also steam them, grill or stir- fry to avoid boiling them.
When put to the boil, keep the
remaining water to cook rice, pastas, beans....
